Standard Residential Cleaning Service

Our Standard Cleaning Service includes the following

Living Room (s) (including Hallways and escalators)

1. Vacuum or Clean the floor (Carpet, Harwood or ceramic tile flooring)
2. Straighten and fluff all the cushions and pillows
3. Dust the ceiling fans(s)
4. Dust the lamps and lampshades
5. Dust the furniture
6. Finger prints removed from all door frames and switch plates
7. Clean the baseboards

Bathrooms

1. Cleaning showers, tubs, toilet, and sinks;
2. Cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures and treating any mildew;
3. Cleaning your mirrors and the shower door tracks;
4. Moving most vanity items and cleaning your counter areas; cleaning the tops of vanity items and replacing them;
5. Cleaning your bathroom cabinets and floors
6. Cleaning wall decorations, picture frames, light switches, doors, and door trim;
7. Dusting, cleaning all furniture and all decorative items;
8. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors
9. Clean the baseboards
10. Trash removed

Bedrooms

1. Changing the linens and making the beds;
2. Cleaning wall decorations, picture frames
3. Dusting, cleaning all furniture and all decorative items;
4. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors
5. Cleaning the baseboards
6. Cleaning Windowsills
7. Dust the lamps and lampshades
8. Dust the furniture
9. Finger prints removed from all door frames and switch plates

Home Office

1. Cleaning wall decorations, picture frames
2. Dust the all the electronic equipment (computer, monitor, printer, etc.)
3. Dusting, cleaning all furniture and all decorative items;
4. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors
5. Cleaning the baseboards
6. Cleaning Windowsills
7. Dust the lamps and lampshades
8. Dust the furniture
9. Finger prints removed from all door frames and switch plates

Kitchen

1. Cleaning all cabinets (facades only)
2. Clean exterior and interior of Microwave
3. Clean exterior of the refrigerator
4. Finger print removed from all door frames and switch plates
5. Moving your small appliances and other items and cleaning the counter area;
6. Cleaning the tops of all items and replacing them;
7. Scouring your sink
8. Windowsills cleaned
9. Sweeping or thoroughly mopping your floor
10. Trash removed

Laundry area

Clean the exterior of the Washer and Dryer

Exclusion: Our standard service does not include the following:

1. Garage, cleaning the interior of oven and refrigerator
2. Homes that are excessively dirty or in poor condition
3. Items above 3 ladder steps
4. Laundry
