We are a family owned and operated company, located in the Washington Metro Area. We have been engaged in many aspects of Real estate through some of our sister companies. As the need of cleaning became more prevalent from our customers, we decided to add our cleaning expertise to our services.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes, we are fully insured and bonded

What is included in your standard Cleaning?

We clean every room in the house. That means bedroom, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, etc. We vacuum, mop or clean the floor. We dust, wipe or wash all horizontal surfaces and take out all trash.

What about my Laundry?

We clean the laundry area, but we don’t actually provide laundry service

How much do you actually charge for the service?

The cost of our service depends on the size and the condition of the property. Please, use our free estimator on our website or on our mobile app to simulate the cost and have a sense of what to expect.

What is not included in your work?

For the safety of our team, we don’t do the followings:

• Polishing or waxing the hardwood flooring
• Lift, move or push heavy appliances over 35pounds.If you have any such furniture or appliances that needs to be cleaned behind, kindly have them moved prior to our arrival.
• Climb on furniture for high horizontal surfaces cleaning
• Pet waste, medical and bio-hazards material removal

How many people will come to my house?

Depending on the nature and the scoop of work, we generally appoint one or two team members

Will I have to provide my own cleaning supplies?

The straight answer is YES. You don’t have to. But it is highly recommended. People react differently on different cleaning products. Our policy is to clean your place, to let it smell and shine exactly the way you want it to be. Because our service is tailored to our client’s needs, you will have to let us use your cleaning supplies.

Do I have to be home?

Although advisable to have someone 18 years and older present at the time of service, you could give us the access details if you or no one can be home at the time of service
I have a security system
You will have to give us the access code details if no one will be at home at the time of service

What if I have a dog, a cat or any other pet?

You must let us know if you have a pet. To insure the safety of our team, you must secure them in a crate or in a room prior to our arrival for the service

What if something in my home gets broken during your work?

Although it is rare that happens, it is highly recommended that you keep all your valuable items in a safe location or leave a special instruction during your booking.

How do you handle payments?

For the safety of our team, we do not accept cash or check. We only take payment through the most common credit cards. We’ll need a credit card information at the time of booking. But it will be charged only after the service is rendered.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

You can make a cancellation any time within a 12hrs advanced Notice minimum. But if our team shows up for the service and aren’t able to perform (Door locked, threat from pet, etc.) a $50 travel fees with be accessed to your credit card
